CI-24 Receiver software

Hi,

My IDDIGITAL CI-24 receiver has recently developed a fault where i can not delete channels or networks. Upon attempting deletion the receiver freezes. Another problem is with constant "channel scrambled" messages and no pics.

I have tried to locate new software but have been unsuccesful, can anyone help??
