Can't get a strong signal on Humax

I recently replaced my F**tel box with a Humax 5410z but I can't seem to get any more than %28 signal. It was working fine with the F**tel box. I am using this LNB "LNBF Standard KU-Band".

Any ideas what I am doing wrong here?

Low signal strenght is usualy a sign of poor quality cable, bad conections can also cause this
If you are running splitters or diseq that will also decrease it
Dont be too concerned if you have good signal quality

Can I ask if the 28 is on aurora ?
Cuz that is actually quite acceptable for STRENGTH (as opposed to quality) on that pole ...
U should get better than 70% on the other pole to get a good pikcha tho ..

Just set up your Humax box with the following detail and do the search:

LNB Frequency 11300

(Pay TV)
Frequency 12688
Polarisation Horizontal
Symbol Rate 29473
FEC 3/4

(AURORA)
Frequency 12405
Polarisation Vertical
Symbol Rate 30000
FEC 2/3
