New +CAM ToH 2.0a patch.

Arabian, Hungarian and Czech languages fixed
Channel searching bug fixed
New PMC-Table added
This patch for Humax 5400 is 100% TuxOnHumax except new PMC-Table and two background pictures "Macro table is standard"

Recommended pet123 channels settings.
