I am setting up for nss6 cant get quality lnb is 11300 frequency 12729
Symbol rate 27500 vertical the3 fec needs to be 7/8 how or do i need to set fec?,all help appreciated

The FEC is done automatically in the Topfields, you don't need to set it.

Are you sure you are looking at the correct satellite?

Are there any other sats close? i am looking as close as possible to 20 degrees using a protractor also as close as i can get to 10 oclock using c1 as 12 0clock at the mod shop site the other settings are 11078 Horizontal 5,010 2/3 tried both I tried them also,when i was on c1 my LMB is still set at 11300.

Asiasat 3s (105.5°E) is close, it has bigpond data on 12596 V 30000 - 5/6.

For NSS6 look between 9 & 10 oclock, 12729 V 27500 - 7/8.

You won't get anything on 11078 H (I dont think there is anything running on that frequency anyway) with a 11300 LNB, you will need a universal LNB to check it.
