Combo Satellite and Terrestrial Decoder

A mate is looking at buying a combo satellite and terrestial decoder unit

We have just had a quick look at this unit from Hotchip web site

ie Xtreme XTSC-520 Combo (Satellite & terrestrial)

Q1: Does anyone have this unit and what are your thoughts on it? ie what does it lack, where could it have been better, what is good about it

Q1b: Does the XTSC-520 do NTSC signal conversion/playback?

Q2: Is anyone using some other combo unit they would like to recommend/suggest?
