Austar box lnb setup problem

Hi ,
I went into the setup menu of the Austar ADB box & changed the lnb setting from 11300 to 10700. It then did a re-scan & my signal strength went from 85% to 30% & now it just sits on the scan page. When I try to go back to the setup to change it, it won't let me into the setup menu. How do you get into the setup menu when you have the wrong lnb setting?? I now know you need a 10700 lnb on your dish for this setting to work. The box thinks there is a really big storm outside & says wait for the storm to pass. How do you get to the menu?? Anyone have a manual for these boxes?? Any help is appreciated.

Sorry, I have given the wrong box info. I have the Austar SMS box by Vidar -SMS CO LTD. It looks similar to the adb box but I think it is alot older. Anyway, does anyone know how to change the setup in these boxes when you have the wrong lnb enabled?? The box won't let me back in because there is no signal.

I have fixed the problem. I held a few of the arrow buttons together & somehow the settings icon appeared on the screen. It was not there to select before hand, so I selected it & went in & changed the lnb settings.
