fortec star FSCIP5100
I have a Fortec Star FSCIP5100 receiver with a 80cm dish and Samsung MSDE8232AA universal lnb, I am positioned on Astra at 19.2°E. Can somebody tell me if i should get audio and video on the encrypted channels (canal blue etc) as my receiver gives the message no audio no video. Do i need a cam inserted to see something. I have tried with a magic cam and penta 1.09 with a funcard 6 but get the same message. All free to air channels are OK, and i can also view the teletext pages on the encryted channels. Any help would be appreciated.
