Recommend a decoder box for me

Hi all,
I just picked up a 2nd hand sat dish for cheap. Now i just need a cheap noob friendly box with idiot proof setup (so the dreambox is out

)Can anyone recomend a brand/model of decoder for me? Can PCI decoder cards let me watch pay tv? or are they only for logging? cause atm my pc moniter is biger than my tv screen!

Without a subscription you'll get squat. My suggestion is to atleast get a minimal package as you need the details of your sub card to be able to make a wafer or use emulation software. The "what is the recommended setup for me" line is like asking about which car to buy, Holden V's Ford. It pretty much biols down to what you can afford.
