Decoder ABS-1Q76 "Atlas"

Have just got a new decoder through A/star and it keeps giving me an E17 message when trying to use a wafer.

The wafer works in the old Pace decoder and in an ABS-8776. The problem is the Pace box keeps dropping out (works and then stops, reset etc) and the 8776 is being used by someone else.

The new decoder is a pace replacement. Are there settings that can be altered, or is the a "smarter" box?

The atlas will only work with your subscription card.

goldie will not work in the atlas comes up with error card needs updating.sorry new chucky card is married to the decoder

Starting looking at the sub card last night and it is a v4.1. Is there any programs out there that can interogate this card, dump HMK etc.

Also with the new decoder are there any settings that can be changed to make it wafer compatible. If not does anyone know where some imformation lies as to how this decoder works and why goldies don't.

rickie3 had the correct response

the card is married to the decoder and golds dont work in the new boxes. There is no code for 4.1 cards

Are there any programs out there, where I can extract card details and then add channel ids to the sub card then?

come on mate,why dont you have a look under the tuts section youll find what you need there,also the search button is a very useful tool
