ABS 8776 am i stuffed

hi i have a ABS 8776 i acquired cheap.I played with some of the settings,it did work fine until i played the changes i made are as


set lnb power to off which was origanaly set to on
set lnb freq to 10700 which was originaly 11300

is there any way of me getting the orignal info back onto the decoder as it will not let me get back into the setup menu,i tried by turning the power off then back on to no avail,any advise will be greatly appreciated
