uec prob please help

i have a uec dsd 910 decoder it worked fine when i first bought it, with my goldie and FTA ill be honest ive been fiddling,upset everything in the menus so reset to factory defaults now i have nothing at all cant find signal please what do i do. Do i have to reprog the signals or something?

Are you receiving no signal on only certain channels or on entire freq? I would check my antenna settings to check the correctness and basicly any other setting relating to this. Are you able to scan at all??

hi jestah have got all channels back now did a few freq changes,but i cant get any of the FTA channels back any suggestions would be appreciated thankyou

Are you scanning the other freq and not receiving the chan?? Is your card programmed with Provider-10??

yes i do have pro 10 .what do you mean by scanning freq do i have to put the freq in the decoder as i did to get the other channels it has 6 Lnb settings in the menu god this is confusing

I am not an owner of the receiver myself but either way, you are sill going to have to get it to scan:

Pay: 12438 Hor 29473 3/4
Aurora: 12407 Ver 30000 2/3
Globe: 12367 Ver 30000 2/3

The thing itself is marketed as an Aurora box, so you will have no trouble picking it up! I am guessing the setting up of it would be much like a provider box. Though not sure.
