Big problems with Topfield TF3000CI, plz Help!!

I have a problem with Topfield TF3000CI!
I have not any picture ot TV screen.
But connections is good..
When I swith On the receiver I see "L2.01" on LCD panel.
And still no picture..
After swithig OFF - I see
four blinkig points about 2-3 seconds and after then is OFF.

Please Help me!

Have you tried connecting it via RF-output, might be your SCART-lead that doesnt support true RGB, try changing from RGM to cant remenber the other option in the AV menu (off-course only if RF-output is OK), otherwise try another SCART-lead
