Topfield TF3200IR won't command Strong Positioner!

I have a TF 3200IR which I want to use on my motorized system. My Strong postioner has Telstar 10 to Intel 2 pre-programmed in its memory.
The positioner works fine with my Star 2880A and movers the dish depending which satellite you choose. The Topfield is more sensitive to weak transponders.

The postioner is a Strong SRT DDP.
I cannot get the Topfield to move the dish to each programmed position.

These are the options that I have in the set up menu.
Motorised Diseqc enabled/disabled
Diseqc 1.2 command mode user/installer
Movement 0(stop)
Motor control Goto/Store

Using the installer option in diseqc command mode allows more options in movement control:
Goto-Goto Ref-Limit Off
Store-Limit W-Reset
Recalculate-Limit E

How do I command the Topfield to move the dish.??
