Searching for the sat. hardware capable to record 1080p and to play Mpeg-4/H.264

Searching for the sat. hardware,
device with the LAN and USB connections, capable of playing the Mpeg-4/H.264 and full H.264, Xvid/divx and TS.

This device has to supporting the external or internal hard drives, supporting the external or internal DVD-RW, HD-RW or BluRay-R devices (full support for such devices trough the USB (hdd, Dvd,hd,Bluray) it would be good that this device has two usb ports.

I expect that this device play and record on internal(ide/sata) or on external(USB) HDD/DVD-RW or to the LAN (in unencrypted TS), and if its possible to reproduce the .mkv containers with the h.264 and x.264 encoding content.
And of course I expect the upscaling function to 720p, 1080i and 1080p.

Subtitle support is welcomed, SMI, SRT, SUB, SSA, Multi-SRT, multi-ST line-SUB, and mixed HTML, idx/sub and txt, with the custom size for all subtitle types.

It would be good that this device has incorporated the new Sigma Design EM8623 or some new more powerful chip which is able to masticate compressed H.264 content without any problems.

And of course the LAN connection, for the card sharing, and of course this device needs to have open source platform with the community for card sharing. Which device on the market is near to my expectations.
