Starport 9700 Receiver - 2 questions

I have 2 questions for the StarPort 9700 PVR (80 G.B):
1- Has anyone the catalogue of this receiver ?
2- Can I enter by remote the keys of Viaccess 2 (32 Digits) and not only Via1 (16 digits)?

Please answer me as soon as possible before buying it.
