upgrading firmware with i mate k-jam

well i want to ask about some thing guys
now i want to know is there any able to use imate kjam to upgrad receivers by the imate k-jam
there is small device (convertor) (usb 2 serial ) imate K-jam it has USB port if i connect the convertor do u think it will be able to upgrade or not ???
