Pls help mediastar D3ci

I have got a Media star D3ci Dish and reciever. I turned on my tv this morning and none of the channels are coming. its says " No lock or check LNB settings" pls help
i m in trouble

Tell us more on your dish- Mesh,Solid,size and is it fixed to the pole or movable with an actuator.
Sounds to me that you need to re-align it

yeh its is movable one with a motor.

If you can read the Manual on how to move /align dish or if u are in Melbourne (West or North) I can give u a hand.
