Nokia 260S freeze - request for help

Hi,

I am requesting information if somebody experienced the problem described below and find a working solution for that:

The Nokia 260S is fully functional except for the following case:

After turning on the the device it displays the last used TV channel for about 10 - 15 seconds. After this time the device and the picture is freezed, it is not possible step the programme, etc. only the power cable unplugg is working. Only the two green leds are ligihting and no response for the remote. Sometime the picture became "dissorted" in an interesting way: like a program overwrite the picture buffer memory byte by byte, the screen is becaming a noise in stripes within 10 - 20 seconds.

This situation is happened "only" when the TV channel screen is visible. All the other menu (Radio, setup,) is working well, no freezing. The ACG signal strenght in the antenna setup is almost 100%. I have app. 25m cable from the dish to the reveicer.

I changed the LNB but the situation is the same.

Does anybody has any idea what can cause this problem? What parameter of the signal can cause to freeze the device? Can it be a cable problem? If it is than how the other functions - radio, channel programming, etc. - are working well?

I tried the device out in different places and it worked well, no freeze.

Any opinion is welcomed,

Regards,
Mike
