Half dead Skymedia 200 !

I have a skymedia 200 card which I used for quite some time but now it stopped working apparently without any reason.

It is detected by window as multimedia video controller card (As
the plug&play function still works) but after that every installation
effort is unsuccessful as after uploading the necessary driver files
& after a reboot in the device manager, before the device is a yellow mark & a "code 10 error". I have made no installation error. Please be sure that I know very well the device installation.

I have tried it in three different PCs & tested it win98, win Me & win XP but it never worked again.

I think it has a fimware problem. Please can somone guide me as where to find a tech support where I may send my card.

Or if possible I may correct my problem through a loader/firmware but where to find it?

At present I can't afford to buy a new card.

I shall be extremely thankful for any help.
