Angry Card Has No Right For This Service......

Afternoon all and morning for some......

I have a Humax 5410z with a very very very old goldie and only pick up FTA channels... and over the last fews days I've been getting the message with the blue background " This Card Has No Rights For This Service".....

What's the go?????

Surely they can't be scrambling the FTA channels could they??????

remove the card. no use for card to see fta channels...

Just how you define FTA channels? As far as I know the only FTA channels on C1 are Expo, TVSN and the Aurora tuning channel. Or are you talking Aurora channels, Imparja Seven Central and Win etc? These are not FTA channels. They are encrypted, always have been. Just because it is fta on a terrestial service doesnt make it FTA on sat. Your goldie probably had plain keys for provider 10, ie Aurora. They havent rolled the keys in my memory, so I'd say your card has fallen over. It happens occasionally with goldies.

totally agree, place goldie in programmer and read it, check the plain keys, after a while goldies do fail as said above. get your hands on a silver maybe write the plain keys to that may be a bit more reliable for you, the code for these are readily available everywhere plain keys your looking for start like ....

0a & 0c from memory.
