Help Needed with UEC700 Setup

Hi there.
I'm new to this forum, my UEC700 decoder is really frustrating me. When I tune the IRD I got 340 services and 5 operators on 14 streams (on nilesat), but I get only 160 channels, and sometimes those missing channels appear out of nowhere. And when the decoder freeze and you have to re-tune they just disappear.

340 services probably includes Radio Channels too maybe??

the Radio channels are around 25, as I said sometimes, I get all the channels (+275) and sometimes they don't appear!!!
