SC8in1 cardreader at linux server

Who has sc8in1 cardreader (makinterface) working with newcamd or gbox at linux server?
I have some questions about setup.

What I need to know is:

- linux comport settings
- which crystals in sc8in1 (3.57 for seca/viaccess, 6.00 for irdeto?)
- newcamd or gbox comport speed (9600?)
- newcamd or gbox sample configs

Please contact me

I have it running in a Nokia dbox2, but had tested it earlyer also with a Linux PC with VDR, working well.

- linux comport settings
No linux comport setting are required, the softcam software is making them.

- which crystals in sc8in1 (3.57 for seca/viaccess, 6.00 for irdeto?)
With new...d yes, with g..x it does not matter, it will work with any card with any crystal, I have on all 8 slots a 6MHz crystal, all cards are overclocked, but working fine, and much more faster !

- newcamd or gbox comport speed (9600?)
With new...d If you use (3.57 for seca/viaccess, 6.00 for irdeto?) the 9600 is the correct setting. With g..x there is no such setting, the software will detect the baudrate by itself.

- newcamd or gbox sample configs
come on, read the readme files, it's all there.

Can you get SLY UK or SLY Italy working with your SC8IN1 ?
