Dragon on Aston 1700/ 1800 Blocking issue

Situation
=======
Dragon Cam inserted in Aston 1800. Dragon Loader Card inserted in the Cam (programming process: no issue).
Aston sees the module. I see the message "yes, load module". I then press "OK" and nothing happens. Really nothing. Not even an error message.
It looks as though the "OK" order is received by the Aston but not by the Cam.
If I select the other option at this stage "No, do nothing" and press "OK", nothing happens either. When I hit "R", for Return, then it reacts and takes me back to the menu.
What is the explanation to this situation ? What should I do now ?
(Same problem happens with another receiver: an Aston 1700)
