NDS Videoguard

Hi guys hear is a thought for those with the know. If you removed from a motherboard a built in NDS module could it be placed in a standard STB and conected to a CAM point and would it work? basically we are talking about a reading procces that the Videoguard is and should work similar to a CAM.

I would love anyones thoughts on this.
