Pb Diseqc: dreambox 1.2 & Multiswitch 2.0

Hi,

I have a dreambox with a multiswitch 9/8:

The multiswitch is connected to 2 LNB quattro (Astra and Hotbird)

The problem is that my dreambox cannot "switch on the multiswitch", I think there is an hardware incompatibility between this 2 equipements.
I try all the config (Toneburst, disqec 1.1, 1.2...) I only get one satellite on my dreambox, I can't get the signal from the second.
I test my multiswitch (cable, and dish position) with an other receiver (not a dreambox)... It is working !!! I get perfectly the two signal...


Do you think the use of these material could help me:

I would like to connect one of them, between the dreambox and the multiswitch !

Very strange. The dreambox is able to generate signals ok. The correct mode is either toneburst or diseqc 1.0. Can you receive signal from one satellite at least ? The band and polarity selections are working ?
I would not buy additional equipment before having a theory on what is going on.

As I said it, i test my equipment with an other receiver...
all is working fine :-)

BUT with my dreammbox, I only get one satellite !
The one plugged into the A port on my multiswitch.
All the cable are ok, the dish are well oriented, and my dreambox config is standard !!!
I tried with toneburst, diseqc 1.2.... I always get only one satellite :-(
If i switch the cable on the multiswitch, I get the other satellite ;-)

I think i get a Diseqc incompatibility.
Have you any idea ?
Bypass the dreambox's diseqc with an Inserted diseqc generator for exemple???

What image are using ? have you tried with fast diseqc ? you have configured two satellites and using address A/A and A/B, right ?

I tried with a lot of image:
Rel 1.07, 1.08, 1.081 (official)
RD 1.08, 1.081
Hydra 1.07, 1.08
ruCANNON 5
...

When I use the Two satellites basic conf in the setting menu (hotbird A/A and astra A/B), I get only 600 service on Hotbird and nothing on astra.
If I use Toneburst conf (hotbird A and astra B), I get more than 1000 services on Hotbird and still nothing on astr :-(

I also tried more complexe conf (hotbird A/A and astra A/B or B/A or B/B) with 22Khz or Diff Voltage....
but nothing seems to work !
I only get the satellite plugged into the A port on the multiswitch.

I repeat that an other receiver is actually plugged in the multiswitch and is working well.

Any idea ?
I would like to bypass the dreambox diseqc and use and external for test !
Do you think it's possible ???
