vBulletin board

I'm setting up a vBullletin board on a local networks at home, not connected to internet.
its working with abyss x1 http server , php3.4.3 and mysql4.

The idea is to exchange files...
attachment is working, but get problems with larger files .
like 100-200 mb just freeeze then...

have set limit in board to none and a large value but same result.

is it a php issue or vbulletin ?
anyone know ?

this board is vBulletin right ?
