Newcs trouble. Share your knowledge here!

Guys,
I am running Gemini 2.9 and:
downloaded and install from Addons: (Evocamd-2.11, Newcs_1.16 (bin), Evocamd-Config 2.02, NewCS-Config_1.14 (all Boxes).

I use my 7000s as a server on a lan with 2 original cards (irdeto 2) running evocamd/newcs.

What configuration should i have (& how should i do it) so that i will no longer have 2-3 channels not appear (black-out) even though i have the original cards in the Db?

I was told it is a newcs configuration but PLEASE GUIDE ME AS TO WHAT IS SHOULD DO TO FIX TIS ANNOYING PROBLEM.

PLEASE SHOW sOME GOOD SPIRIT TO A LONGLASTING DB BUDDY!

I don't have that problem with a ir2 card, but i would go about debugging the problem with the following steps.

1. Eliminate the c@rdsh@ring from the equation first. By this i mean first just use evocamd or camd3 or other softcam and see if you get all the channels .

2. If #1 succeeds (i.e. you can see all channels) then you know it's newcs, so try something else.

3. If it still fails, and it fails consistently even with different softcams (mgcam, camd3, camx, etc) then you probably have found a softcam bug.

I have tried the above already and know that there is something wrong with the configuration of newcs. All channels work when i restart the evocamd/newcs however after a while a couple of channels (and not always the same) blank out...
I am looking for an answer as to a correct newcs configuration.

try turning off autosid in newcs

Ah ok, that was not clear in your initial post (i.e. that you were losing channels - it implied you never got those channels even though you believed you were entitled to them)...

Autosid may be your prob as mentioned by snappz
