How to manually add cam

I went about manually installed Evocamd..all works fine if I manually start it.

What I would like to know is how do I added to the (blue panel) cam list?

you need a script in /var/script. the easiest way is to take an existing script for evocamd and to modify it.

Thanks for the reply but I have a few more questions.

1) I assume the script is placed in the /var/script.
2) Can I not just create a script with "/var/bin/evocamd" & in it?
3) How does the OS know to execute the script...is it like init.d/rc3 in linux?

when you select an emu in the dropdown-list, it executes the script (afaik). unfortunately, you cannot just put the code you posted. it needs some more information (cam-id, start, stop, ...)
