help ? gemini manager 3 beta

i am trying to instal gemini manager 3 beta on windows me, but insalation failes with (delete file failed code 5 error replaceing msvcrt.dll).
i have tryed reinstaling windows and program,still no luck.
any help appreciated thanks in advance.

try another install path, redownload the file...

could also be an antivirus programm! disable norton and co.
