CamName: Umbenennung von Emus

Laden von verschiedene Versionen einer Cam möglich da Gemini nun mit Cam-ID zuweisung arbeitet
AutoCam: Zuweisung von Emus/Versionen zu Sendern/Providern

Im Blue Panel sind jetzt Gemini News eingebunden und kann aktiviert, bzw. deaktiviert werden und eine automatische Abfrage an den Server eingestellt werden (nach wieviel Std. geprüft werden soll ob was neues vorliegt). Sollte ein neuer Gemini News vorliegen, so blinkt im Blue Panel neben der Blue Panel Version ein "NEWS"

Hello Guys ,

I have been trying to install Newcamd 6 in to gemini 105 for db500 with limited success . I tried the gemini manager as well as /tmp method but can not get new camd appearing in the drop down cam list . Only common Interface is there . I tried also a newcamd 5.28 bz2 file from the gemini people built for dm500 gemini 104 , but can not get it to appear in the list , by the way this version of newcamd installed ok with gemini 104 , so I know it is good .

So the question is : Is there something different with blue panel 1.4 ( gemini 104 had blue panel 1.3 ) . Does it need additional files or addons to be there so it could administer newcamd properly . I only have the 105 image installed at the moment no other addons . Where is the config file that holds the cam list ,and what is used in starting/stopping cams ?



I can telnet into the db500 and start newcamd manually , and it works . But because I can not set it as default cam , it cannot be started or stopped automatically . Also if the box is rebooted , I need to get the pc out and restart newcamd manually again .

emu handling has changed for gemini 1.05 and therefore old addons do not work anymore (also gm and keywizzard do not work for the moment).

can you believe i tried the cam config like you said but it didn't work, i have just put my manhatton on the out feed from the 500 and it has decided to start working with camd3.735 ????
