Gemini 1.07 freezing Record on HDD

Hello,

From I install the Gemini 1.07 sometimes I have strnage problems.
Used gemini in USB and 1.09 off in Flash + HDD.
Using Camd3709.

When I record a film sometimes is continued recording but freeze the Pictures.
then I have the 10 first minutes after that nothing.

Somebody had the same problem ?

Never had this issues with Phoenix before

some camd3-versions have problems with recording. as I remember 709 was one of them.

i even can not start record on HDD with gemini ?
can U PLZ help how this img record on HDD I read some other peoples
also have this problem

can you try newcamd or camxng ? if there is the same effect ?

i try with camd3, gbox and newcam 5.28
no success even no action shown from dream

?

but I like img and do not change to some other, but it is pitty

(have latest one 107, but if for U it is OK maybe i press wrong buttons ?)

what kind of hdd do you use? 7200 rpm or 5400 rpm?

samsung HDD 80gb
sorry - where to see rpm ?

rpm is the speed of the disc (i think rounds per minute). higher rpm means more energy is needed. 7200rpm normally leads to problems.

how you install the image ???? flashwizzard with settings copy ?
there are some problems around with squashfs and the linux kernel.....

if you use flashwizzard with copy settings, please try to make a new install (without copy settings), copy the settings by hand and try again...
