The Gemini Project 1.01 mod 7020 Beta

Description:
The first Gemini for DM 7020!

This is not an Image but a MOD (modification)
Why that?

1. The complet flash is writable
2. An image would be 15 MB, a MOD is only 2 - 3 MB
3. Images must be flashed, MOD must only be copied
4. Several MODSs can be installed
5. The original DMM-image can be left on the box (warranty reasons)

How to install the MOD:

To switch between the different Enigmas, we need a program.
A modified DF is used as startmenu.

Copy the file "startmenu.ipk" via FTP to "/tmp"

Then the pakage is installed via Telnet "ipkg install /tmp/start*"

During the installation Engima goes off for a short moment and the startmenu should be visible.
To install the Gemini we do the same.
First, copy the pakage, then install it via Telnet "ipkg install /tmp/gemini*"

As soon as both procedures have finished (with success), reboot the box and select Gemini from the startmenu.

BLUE Button - Blue Panel
YELLOW Button - Quick-Button (can be configured via Blue Panel)
AUDIO Button - Sound Selection
TEXT Button - Video Text
RED Button - EPG List for the current channel
2x RED Button - Double click for EPG Style Menu
GREEN BUTTON - Subservices

Own Addon-Server via Internet.

hi do i have to rename the files in your folder or ftp as they are named in there as i noticed that when you use telnet you use start and gemini

tahnx for nice mod and its works good, but 1 thing is doing when i scan new services it stuck i tried 3 trimes,( 1 small thing maybe i am wrong when i dowmload keys my multivision does not clear other absat and polsat is working but multi is not clearing i did comon interface and then download keys as u said once and then select newcamd )
i am not complaining an di know its first mod, but i am just tell coz maybe my report will help u in other mod, and thanx for ur hard work

I tried to install the gemini mod with Hydra. Didnt succeed.
No problem with Original DMM Image.

Any hints what I have to do when I want to add Gemini Mod to Hydra Phönix?
