Will this new PCI card work ? To record to HD

Hi

I have searched the forum and cannot find out much info on PCI cards and hope you guys (guru's) know if this will work for what i want to do ?

The card is a Twinhan DTV Sat-Cl

I understand i will need and additional CAM for Foxtel and most free to air channels (which one?, will the following it says its compatible with work with my foxtel card, which one for free to air)

I really don't know anything and need 99% comfirmation if it will function with my foxtel.

The idea is to record foxtel on my PC ! cheaper than investing in other harware but will it work.....?

What encryption is foxtel in ie conax,nds,via,seca etc.
A dragon cam takes most cards.
A program called progdvb should work with your card,just do a search with google 4 it.
