Problem receiving ECM for irdeto2 Serbian Pink card (Delta card)

Hello !
I'm trying to help a friend updating his Pink subscribers card (for serbian channels on Eutelsat 16E (and Hotbird 13 E, only 2 channels there).
The card is an irdeto2 card, the new DELTA-type (ID 0602 ; I know that 0602 is irdeto1 but the card says irdeto2.
He has a DM500 running Mgcamd1.19/newcs1.20. We have tried older versions of newcs (1.17) too, but with no luck. Even tried newcamd 6.10b/ cardserver but couldnt get an ECM-update there either. We are only receiving Bad ECM's and in the newcs log, alla the bad ECM's are getting Filtered (not rejected), but no new keys are received. The provider SIDS are: 0024, 001F, 0028 , 1FA5
The only new keys updates we get is through a regular receiver (Nokia, Humax, samsung, with irdeto-module (CAM, euroirdeto).

I have updated irdeto cards before (e.g. Nova 0604) and other encryption systems too, like NDS videoguard, or swedish canaldigital conax, and had never problems with those, so I know that I don't have any limitation in my config file, but this new type of irdeto card (delta) is hard to get an update in the dreambox-softcam. Is this a known issue?

Someone told us that only gbox can update the card, but I find it hard to find that newcs couldnt parse the new key to the card?

I have the same problem with Bulgarian Bulsatcom and Iredeto2 card. Griffin (I2) company update Bulsatcom crypting moduls on 5 and 6 April and my dreambox 7025 NewCS1.20+MGCam Latest doing the same things. No answer till this moment from other forums ...
