So it looks like either you haven't put the correct device path in the newcs config file with the leading /dev prefix, or you should be changing directory to /dev before running it.

Beautiful!!! Thank you so much. It's working now!

All I did was change the "node" line by putting /dev/ in front to the ttyS0. It was so simple but I really had no idea.

Here is what I changed the line to:

I need also your advise how to solve this issue with libcrypto.so.0.9.7 on Ubuntu Hardy 64-bit. I made symbolic links to the installed libcrypto.so.0.9.8 file but it does not help.
