How to add emu/camd to freshly build CDK image?

Hi everyone,
I havent posted on here before but I have 6000 posts elsewhere.
This seems to be a fairly active forum and I will be visiting here more often

My question is:
How do you add an emu/camd to a freshly built CDK image?

I've just literally finished compiling and booted it on the dreambox - works fine. But I just cant seem to get it to decrypt channels.

I have downloaded Mgcamd and Evocamd1.09 and tried using it in the image, but it still doesnt decrypt. Autoupdate is on etc etc, the nagra ROMs are in the correct locations; but it just doesnt work. In fact, even when I edit the keys file so that it contains the latest keys, encrypted channels still do not show.

So it seems like it isnt detecting the emulator/camd.
I have tried using telnet to manually launch mgcamd and it does execute properly etc etc but nothing is decrypted

Theres probably a really simple thing I've missed lol.
Any help appreciated.

witch Dreambox are ve talking abaut here, to know that could help a little bit

Its a DM500c, but I would assume that the procedure is very similar for all dreambox models.

Just an update:
I've added libcamdio.so and libcrypto.so.1 (or something) as required by mgcamd, but still will not decrypt.

libcamdio.so needed for newcamd only.

well, as long as both evo and mg works on official dmm images, its strange.

what is "etc etc" ? does it show you its trying to decode ? does it show ecm list
for current service ? etc etc ...

Sorry for the delay.
Yes, it shows ECM list and everything but doesnt decode any channels and doesnt write to keylist.txt or autoupdate.key files

Is it an ird2 stream? because Im also unable to use either mgcamd or evocamd to decode anything only emu that works is radegast and newcamd client to newcamd server or newcs or radegast client to radegast server.Hopefully next releases will be ok.
