card share and share alike

Hi,
I have a small question.

Is it possible to connect two cs clients on same cs server?
Either parallely (using same parameters username, pass, etc.)?

Or connecting one client to server, setting it up as new fake cs server or proxy or gateway or whatever and then connecting the other one to the that one?

It is possible to write an application to do just that, since fe. newcamd protocol is public.
