Radegast: Problems reading Canal+Seca card, and black screen on recordings

Ok,
After fooling around attempting to get radegast to work on my Dreambox7000s (with Hydra final 1.09), eventually got this to work, and want to share this with others that might have similar problems.

I now have a functional configuration using radegast with my Canal+ Seca card, including being able to record movies to my internal hard disk,
using a MIX (!!) of the 3.0Final and 4.0Beta10 versions, copying files manually.

On Version 4.0Beta10, radegast failed to recognize my Canal+ Seca card, (even though installed&Configured in teh "bottom" slot as it should be.)

On Version 3.0Final (and before), recording failed on Canal+ Seca streams, although ok for non-seca/Irdeto (On seca2 would just seem to record “black picture” for as long as recording. (no trace of this, I am not intimate enough with this stuff to find where/how to debug)

These executables failed:
