anyone who was able to use art legal card (Ird2) with any emulator than redegast?

I'm trying to configure newcamd 5.28 with my art Ird2 card but with no luck. it is working fine with redegast though. i hate waiting for the sticky to reload. i want to use newcamd as the defult emu. I can post some of my config if needed. When i telnet and start cardserver i get "card 0/0 reset fail" though the card is inside the top slot of my DB7000.
any Help

I forget to say that in using hydra zuse image. no luck with spider and sharing the card locally (i.e on the same box)

SCAM 2.5 & Newcamd 5.28 working with my irdt2 card (not art). Just put the card in the bottom slot.

"card 1/0 reset fail" when changed to bottom slot.
can you post/PM you config for the 3 files(i.e. cardserver, spider, newcamd) or any other setting you did so i can compare it with the one i have.
I think it's a problem with the ATR or just that newcamd is not compatible with my ART card. still I'm not sure since I'm still a newbie
Can anyone help me?

Newcamd works fine with my art card.
Have you checked the card slots are activated?

the two slots are active in cardserv.cfg file (no # in front). is there somewhere else where my card slot config need to be activated? say with newcamd or scam?

I have the same problem with my ART card using new Hydra image and Newcamd 5.28. Works ok using DBF Revo v3 image and Newcamd 5.28, but the Hydra setup doesn't want to know.

I noticed that there is some setting you can alter in Newcamd 5.28, does anything need altering from the default setup maybe?
