Transponders found but 0 channels found

I have a strange problem that i cant figure out how to solve.
I just got the DB 7020s and i have a diseq configuration with two lnb's one that points towards thor, and the other towards sirius. i can get a lock on both and it finds alot of transponders, but when i scan the transponders i get no channels. Can anyone help me out here.

edit: i forgot to mention that if i use my triax and an older pioneer reciever everything works viasat on one and CD on the other,

what are your LNB settings?

I had exactly the same problem. It locks the tha transponder but when you scan it it doesn't find anything. I then tried it with another 7020 and it worked perfectly, so I think it's a hardware problem.
If you find a solution, please tell me.
