I Need Ur Help For Make VPN On 7020

I have a Gbox server on Dreambox 7020.
The most of my peers dont have a Valid IP and I must make a virtual tunnel on Dreambox for them.
I used from openvpn and all of them could connect to server with no problem But unfortunetlly my country ISPs blocked opevpn software and it is filter now.
I must replace a new virtual tunel such as PPTP VPN or L2TP IPSec VPN protocole. but did not find any method for that.
PLZ help me how make a VPN server on dreambox 7020?
