Auto start up plugin

Hi friends I'm trying to write a plugin which will start automatically when enigma starts and ask a question to user then it can be closed only by entering save button. Not by pushing exit button in RC.

I tried to enter AutostartPlugin type in .cfg file but nothing happened.

Is it possible or Do I have to add my function into core enigma.

I am able to start a plugin by using RunPluginExt method located in enigma_main.cpp. I have copied it with another name and called this method in enigma.cpp. But I have a problem that, plugin must run under current service object. If you don't do like that it gives segmentation fault. I am unable to reach current service object or current eZapMain object whatever under the enigma.cpp.

nice knowladge.

i have learned a way to run plugin from wget. cant remember now but it has an option for running. that. if you want to run this plugin automaticly you should edit start up sh files like rcs and init.d with

wget [dir]/startplugin?myplugin


and easier way:

another option is i examined enigma plugin source. if you edit cfg file of a plugin there is a type= identifier. 1,2,3,4,5 4 is the autostartplugin type.
change the type of your plugin to autostart automaticly.
