acces to configuration blue panel menu

Hello m8s,

are the differnet items of blue panel described in a viewable configuration file (cfg, xml) and if so, where can I find it ?

Is it also possible to use cgi_bin to launch a script on a distant machine, as it is possible for instance to display a message through http ?
