Can you please report the windows edition and language used. Seems there's a conflict with character sets somewhere.

1-Open your Control Panel
2-Open Regional and Language Options
3-Choose the Advanced Tab
4-Choose English(United States) from the drop down menu
5-Click on apply then ok
6-Restart your computer
7-Try the app again

I just want to proove that its the Swedish langauge thats causing the grief.

Just want to inform you, that I have this issue high on my list, but currently don't know what is causing the problem, so don't know what needs to be fixed.
