dm500 not booting

I have come across a dm500 which was affected by gemini time bomb. I successfully used jtag to reload bootloader. then I used dreamup to load the original dream image dm109 after loading the box with this image and various images there,s no picture on screen the green light stays on but will not go to standby anybody know what can be wrong.

Just guessing, but, it sounds like the bootloader flash didn't take, or, was corrupt. Try clearing the system by flash erasing it 3X, before reloading the bootloader? Then try a different version, and, make sure it's the right version for the tuner being used.
