Help needed dm7000 gemini 3.31 and newcs

Hi everybody.
I got a new canal digital card a week ago. When i use an old cardserver after some time i get a message "card reset failed". After that i have to manually reset the card maybe 4-5 times. After that it will work maybe 15 mins.
I think card is different than old one.
I tried to put newcs ver. 1.08-1.60 online, but when i started the server got a message address 96 already in use, card init failed.
Can anybody help me?
In upper slot i have canal digital and in lower viasat. Box is dm 7000 and image is gemini 3.31.
If somebody has a working newcs.xml for my configuration any help would be great.
