tuner defect on 800?

is strange things appens, i can use only Oozoon image to find something
in the sky ,the other one dont find any channel on hotbird,
And when i go on the satelit pointer the dream start to run and bug on this page
but not bluescreen only mechanical symbol turning for ever
is my tuner kapput? or some driver is missing
i doo so many flash ,please schow me the way

which satellite?

- use latest drivers

- maybe your dish needs a better alignment because of some 9/10 FEC channels !

when i use the latest boxman just start to scan and find nothings
i want first hotbird 13° with USUal rotor, my "old" 7020 and humy stay on this sat
so i am sure is the good alignment.
and i take out the LNB wire for change no splitter yet.
why is runing with original DM image and Oozoon no other
alway say "no accord " on FTA channel when i put some backup (to avoid scan)
