help needed from experts

dear friends and experts, my con*x card is running only for 30 minutes in my DM with newcamd cardserver protocal, what can i do to run without break ? now i have installed gemini4.1 and also i have installed mapping file in var/scce.
every new card can run but only for 30 minutes after that it doesn't works any more and again if i put new card then its working perfectly but only for 30 minutes! , the problem cozed may be my box doesn't receiving the ECM (the card is not AUTO UPDATING with my DM and the following infos i got from CCCAM INFO PLUGIN for my con*x card
