art card problem

I have an original art irdeto card for nilesat and i share this card with few friends but since they replaced the card to a version 5 card i have some problems and i cannot understand why because its the first version 5 that we do not need to put the cam key in newcs.
If i try to put the cam key then i dont have picture.I have the green on irdeto,i have the keys but no picture.This is the logs from the ecms when the problem starts.The art card is on port 4028
