What could cause an official card to stop working?

DM7000 / Neutrino image / Newcamd 5.28 / DigitalB card bottom card reader.

After 2.5 weeks of successful decoding using a new digitalb card, at around 2am on 6 Mar 05 I lost the package. Despite trying reflash and different images, my official card no longer works. I had AU on etc at the time. What could cause this? All I can get now is English Audio sound on Digi +, on all other channels no audio or video clears.

Thankyou.

I found the answer to my problem, as well as much more information about DigitalB and their troubles, on the satdudez forum. I recommend anyone who has concerns about their dreambox and digitalb to search there.
